Shipping policy

All UK orders are sent out via Hermes and Royal Mail. Unfortunately, Hermes and Royal Mail face their own delays and problems which are out of our hands.

Namethatball is not responsible for any parcel once it has been dropped at the post office with either Royal Mail or Evri. We cannot be responsible for wrong delivery’s or lost parcels.

All international parcels are sent out via Transglobal.

Please note due to new rules and regulations products coming into EU from UK, may face additional customs charges, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay, or customs may withhold your product. We cannot refund if this is the case, and the item gets sent back to us.

USA orders are sent via Transglobal, which is a tracked courier service.

We're working to get you your tennis balls in the fastest time possible but sometimes we can incur delays especially shipping to the EU, because of Brexit and strikes this is taking (in some cases) up to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot refund late parcels as they will arrive in this time frame. In exceptional circumstances the order does not arrive, only after the 8-week waiting time we can refunded order except for delivery charge.

 

We are a small business, and each tennis ball is custom printed by hand! This takes a little longer than your usual amazon delivery! Orders can take 7-10 days to process not including delivery times. The shipping profile is applied after this processing time, its simplify for how it will be delivered after it has been processed.
