Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange products due to them being personalised. (Unless clearly faulty). Any returns that are made, customers to cover delivery fees from refunded amount, any queries made must do so within 14 days of delivery  

If any special circumstance we exchange due to damage, any return costs are covered by the customer. 

We cannot refund for delayed packages, only if its been declared lost after 8 weeks of the send date, price of product will be refunded excluding original shipping.
